At Insight Property we provide honest, independent and expert real estate advice to you from the time you decide to sell a property, until the day a contract of sale is signed.
Deciding to sell is the easy part, from there we can help you choose the agent, decide on the appropriate marketing of your property, and then work with the agent during the selling campaign to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The final and most important decision is to accept or reject any offers, and we will ensure that you have all of the information to make a sound decision.
You retain full control over the sale of your property throughout the whole selling process, and have the final say in all matters relating to the sale of it.

Vendor Advocacy FAQs
What does it cost?
Nothing. There are no charges, fees or hidden costs to you for our services.
The selling agent who you choose pays Insight Property a fee from their commission once the property has been sold.
It is normal practice in the real estate industry for one agent to pay a referral fee to another.
If your property does not sell for whatever reason, there are no costs or fees from Insight Property for our services. |
Which areas do you cover?
At present we are able to provide vendor advocacy services for properties covered by the Frankston City Council, and the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council. Properties outside of this area can be serviced on a case by case basis. |
What types of properties can you help with?
We are able to help you with the sales of all types of real estate. |
How is an agent chosen ?
Initially we will interview local agents to help you find a one that suits you best.
Insight Property then helps you choose a local agent based on their recent results, reputation, and enthusiasm to sell your property.
Our job is to make sure the agent you choose is the right one for you, and once the property has been placed on the market, to ensure that they provide you with the best service.
We will also help you decide on marketing, to vet any offers, and to ensure that on the day of the sale, you have the best possible result.
Our task is to take the pressure off you throughout the whole selling process and ensure you get the top price for your home with the least amount of hassle. |
Do I retain control over the sale of my property?
You have the final say in all matters relating to your property, and the choice of which agent is appointed to sell your property is ultimately yours. We will offer our advice and experience, but the final choice as to which agent to use, how your property is marketed, and the acceptance of any offers is ultimately yours. |
Do agents want to work with Insight Property?
Yes. Real estate agents are always in search of listings, as shown by the constant stream of offers for a free appraisal that you receive from real estate agents.
An agent appreciates that they can deal with someone who has experience in property matters, and understands that not all property owners have the time or willingness to deal with them when it comes time to sell a property. |
