Once you have decided to sell, we can help you:

- Work with the agent during the selling campaign to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The final and most important decision is to accept or reject any offers, and we will ensure that you have all of the information needed to make a sound decision.
You retain full control over the sale of your property throughout the whole selling process, and have the final say in all matters relating to its sale.

Nothing. There are no charges, fees or hidden costs to you for our services, and the real estate agents fees will be the same whether you use our service or not.
The selling agent whom you choose pays Insight Property a fee from their commission once the property has been sold.
It is normal practice in the real estate industry for one agent to pay a referral fee to another.
If your property does not sell for whatever reason, there are no costs or fees from Insight Property for our services.
